Day 13 of 30 day challenge

Day 12 of the challenge was a rest day, but considering I have already taken a break the day before, I decided do day 13.

I have a bad memory and forgot to upload day 12. And hence I was lookingat my day 10 workout so my numbers are getting confusing.

Day 13:
ABs:
65 x sit ups
75 x crunches
50 x leg raises
56 s plank

ARMs:
28 x push ups
50 x dips
50 x jab-cross (each side)

SQUATs:
75 x squats
10 x one legged toe touch
