Day 7 of 30 day challenge

So, getting into it now… (but forgot to post this yesterday). Getting used to it too. Day 7 of 30 day challenge means I am at least 1 week into the month!
Getting the groove of it so I am mixing it up a bit.

ABs:
40 x sit ups
25 x crunches
35 x leg raises (20 x passing gym ball between feet and hands)
45 s plank

ARMs:
18 x push ups
25 x dips
35 x jab-cross (each side)
35 x elbows
35 x upper cut

SQUATs:
65 x squats
10 x one legged toe touch
