After a hard arm workout, it has been a while since we had done a leg workout. So it was Tuesday legs.
4 sets of –
12 x Dead-lift (20kg)
12 x Back squat (20kg)
12 x Tuck jump (jump high and lift your knees)
60 seconds Wall sit (legs at 90 degrees)
10 x Wide squat jump to narrow squat jump
20 x Standing calf raise (10kg dumbell each hand)
End with a jog on the treadmill for about 5 minutes at 11 speed.
And always remember to stretch it out afterwards
