Having had the weekend off (at least went for a jog on Sunday morning!) A Somewhat strenuous Tuesday leg workout was as follows:
4 x set of-
Dumbell squats (20kg weight) x 6
Leg press (on machine- with added 10kg) x 12
Calf raises (20kg) x 25
+ additional set of half the weights and until fatigued
5 x set of-
Sumo squat (legs about 4 foot length apart) (10kg) x 12
Straight leg dead lift (20kg) x 8
4 x set of –
Static lunge (10kg) x 10 on each leg
Straight leg dead lift (20kg) x 12
My exercise buddy at work did some extra sets of leg raises and side raises, butterfly kicks and 12.5 degree inclined sprints for 40 seconds if others are interested. I just didn’t have enough time….
Well, maybe recording the weights if my training might show some progress!
