So I want to be more active and one way to do so is killing two birds withone stone.
So it comes to my logical conclusion I should play more sports. One game I found interesting to play is volleyball because as a female its sometimes hard to find a lot of girlfriends who are interested in sports. And so, found a sport I dont mind playing with guys, because it is semi-non-contact. The only trouble being when playing I am injury prone. Whenever you hurt yourself while exercising you should stop and take a break, but with sports, sometimes it is a necessity.
